Merge Grove does not require an account and does not ask for any personal information. Your game progress (garden, sunlight, streaks, discoveries, decorations, and settings) is stored only on your device. It is never transmitted to us, and we operate no servers that receive it.
Merge Grove is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for an in-game bonus. To provide ads, Google may collect and process certain information, which can include a device advertising identifier (IDFA), general device and app-interaction data, and diagnostic information. This data is collected by Google, not by us.
The app asks your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before allowing tracking for personalized ads. If you decline, ads will be non-personalized. You can review or reset your tracking preference in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Merge Grove can send local notifications (for example, when your sunlight jar is full). These are scheduled entirely on your device — no push servers are involved. You can disable them anytime in Settings.
Merge Grove is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Merge Grove's sunlight, seeds, and plants are fictional game items with no real-world value. The app contains no purchases.
